Many people were drawn to James Brown when he arrived at the event wearing a royal-like costume that made him stand out.
Bobrisky took to social media to mock him hours after his red carpet look went viral.
He stated that he laughed after seeing someone’s dress.
Bobrisky also stated that he is not expected to attend the visit and should have sat at home.
Many people assumed he was referring to James Brown.

To tease his fans, James Brown posted photos of himself wearing an obvious silicon breast.
However, he was chastised for not choosing the right color for his skin, so he made it so obvious that he wore fake boobs.
