Robert Kardashian and Kris (née Houghton) Kardashian welcomed Kourtney Mary Kardashian into the world on April 18, 1979 in Los Angeles, California. Kim and Khloé are her younger sisters, and Rob is her younger brother. Her parents separated in 1991, and later that year, her mother wed 1976 Summer Olympics decathlon champion Bruce Jenner (Jenner changed her name to Caitlyn in 2015).
